5. Zimbabwe

The dictator said that in his country there is no poverty, just the population is used to living differently. There are no public transportation or newspapers in Guinea, and only 1% of government spending is spent on healthcare.

3. Saudi Arabia

Saudi Arabia is one of the few countries in the world where for many decades at least formal elections of a ruler have never been held. King of Saudi Arabia Salman Ibn Abdul-Aziz since 2015.
